During your stay in Kathmandu, meals are provided on a bed and breakfast basis. We will also host a welcome dinner and a farewell dinner to celebrate your trip. Any other meals you choose to have while in the city will be at your own cost.
While trekking, all your meals are included in the package. You will be offered a selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with tea or coffee throughout your trekking days. The food is sourced from local guesthouses and prepared by trained chefs to ensure it is fresh and hygienic.
Although there is no technical climb in the Everest Base Camp trek, your meals will be carefully prepared by experienced cooks and support staff during the trek. They also make sure the drinking water is properly boiled for your safety and health.
For your stay in Kathmandu, we arrange accommodations in comfortable four-star deluxe hotels to ensure you have a relaxing and restful time before and after the trek. During the trek itself, you will stay in mountain lodges and guesthouses owned and run by local Sherpa families, providing an authentic and welcoming experience. In Lukla, you will enjoy a hotel with an attached bathroom for extra comfort. At other stops along the trail, you will stay in Sherpa community lodges that are clean, neat, and comfortable.
