The expedition typically takes 60–70 days, allowing for proper acclimatization and summit window planning. Most climbers choose the South (Nepal) route due to better logistics, infrastructure, and support.

A short scenic flight takes you to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. From here, you begin your trek with a gentle descent through pine forests and Sherpa villages to reach Phakding. The trek takes around 4 hours.

Today involves a steady ascent along the Dudh Koshi River, crossing suspension bridges and climbing through pine forests. You enter Sagarmatha National Park and continue uphill to Namche Bazaar, the bustling Sherpa capital. This trek takes around 7 hours.

A rest day in Namche allows for proper acclimatization. You can take short hikes to the Everest View Hotel or nearby villages like Khumjung for better altitude adjustment and stunning views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam.

Leaving Namche, the trail ascends gradually, offering beautiful views of the Himalayan giants. After a final uphill push, you arrive at Tengboche, home to the famous Tengboche Monastery. Trek duration is about 5 hours.

Today you descend slightly through rhododendron forests and cross rivers before climbing to the high-altitude settlements of Pheriche or Dingboche. The trail opens up to alpine landscapes. Trek duration is about 5 hours.

The trail leads through alpine meadows and past memorials for fallen climbers. As you gain altitude, the landscape becomes increasingly barren. After a few hours of trekking, you arrive at Lobuche. This day takes around 4 hours.

You’ll spend the day at Lobuche to further acclimatize. Optional short hikes are encouraged to prepare your body for the upcoming higher altitudes and to reduce the risk of altitude sickness.

A short but steep trek brings you to Gorakshep, the last settlement before Everest Base Camp. You can rest or take an optional hike to nearby viewpoints. The trek takes around 3 hours.

Today marks your arrival at Everest Base Camp, your home for the next several weeks. After a 2-hour trek, you’ll settle into the fully serviced camp and begin preparations for the climbing phase.

This is the core of the expedition. Over these weeks, you’ll follow a series of acclimatization rotations to Camps I, II, III, and IV. Once the weather window is favorable, you’ll attempt the summit push. After summiting, you return to Base Camp for recovery. This period includes rest days, rotations, weather waits, and the final ascent.

After a successful climb, you’ll clean up your base camp and begin descending back down the valley. Today’s destination is Lobuche, a familiar stop on your ascent.

Continue your descent through the beautiful Khumbu valley, retracing your steps past Pheriche and back to the peaceful monastery village of Tengboche. The walk takes about 7–8 hours.

Make your way down to Namche Bazaar. The trail becomes greener and easier as you descend into thicker air. This part of the trek takes around 3 to 4 hours.

Today marks your final trekking day. Descend along the Dudh Koshi River, crossing several suspension bridges before the last climb into Lukla. You’ll spend the night here before flying out. The trek takes 4–5 hours.

Take a short flight back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel. In the evening, join a farewell dinner with your team to celebrate your achievement.

Use this final day to relax, recover, and perhaps explore the city. It also acts as a buffer day in case of flight delays from Lukla. If departing today, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight home.

Our meals during your stay in Kathmandu will be on a bed & breakfast plan. We will host a welcome dinner and a farewell dinner in Kathmandu. Any additional meals during your stay will be at your own expense.
During the trek, your meals are included as part of our package. You will have a choice of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as tea/coffee during your trekking days with us. We will source food for your group from guesthouses, prepared by trained local chefs. We take care to ensure that your food is fresh and hygienic.
During the climb, your meals is cooked by our Sherpa Cook, and support team. They prepare fresh, hygienic food, and boil the water for drinking.
For this trip, we use 4-star deluxe luxury hotels in Kathmandu to ensure your stay is comfortable. During the trek, you will be staying in mountain lodges and guest houses owned by local Sherpas, offering a nice and comfortable experience. You will have hotel with attached bathroom staying in Lukla whereas other places will have regular Sherpa Community Lodges which are clean, neat and comfortable.
During your climbing days, you will be staying in two men tented camp.
